Karen Launceford has nearly 20 years of financial management experience with McDonald's Corporation where she served as both a controller and as a finance director for the Western U.S. -- a region comprised of 2,400 restaurants producing $4.5 billion in annual sales.

Karen has extensive experience analyzing business financials, interpreting results and recommending strategies for improvement. 

With Bay Business Advisors, Karen performs cash flow analyses, recasts financial statements, and assists in determining the sales value of businesses.

Karen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Penn State University.
