Mr.
Stillitano has nearly 24 years of financial
management experience with McDonald’s
Corporation both domestically and internationally.
He has spent a number
of years in the U.S. McDonald’s
system providing financial management
on a regional level with both franchised
and company operated businesses as well
as at the corporate level providing financial
oversight to a number of initiatives impacting
the McDonald’s global restaurant
system.
Currently, Phil serves
as the CFO for McDonald’s Greater
Asia division, which is a division comprised
of 11 individual markets throughout Asia
and represents 2,500 restaurants producing
$2.9 billion in annual sales.
Prior to his current
role, Phil served as CFO for McDonald’s
Holding Company Japan and was responsible
for leading the finance function as well
as corporate structuring initiative for
McDonald’s largest international
market, representing 3,800 restaurants
and $4.3 billion in annual sales.
Phil is a Certified Public
Accountant (CPA) and holds a Bachelor
of Arts degree in accounting from Duquesne University.
He is currently based in Hong Kong and
previously spent 3 years living in Tokyo.
